Is there a consultation fee?

Consultations with an aesthetic consultant are free of charge. However, a consultation performed by a medical provider will incur an additional surcharge.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments you’ll need will depend on several factors such as age, gender, skin type, and tolerance level.

Will I see results after the first treatment?

It can vary depending on your skin type and concern. Our consultant will provide a tailored treatment plan during the initial consultation. To see significant results, we recommend a series of treatments performed at monthly intervals.

Does insurance cover my treatment?

No, health insurance will only cover treatments that prevent, reduce or treat health risks. Cosmetic treatments available at Metro Laser & Aesthetics focus on improving appearance rather than health.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes, we accept CareCredit payment plans. Please visit their website for information and to apply. Current CareCredit customers are advised to manage their accounts through CareCredit’s Cardholder Online Portal.

Metro Laser & Aesthetic requires at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 30% of the total treatment cost.

 

 

Cosmetic fees and costs vary based on the procedure. The consultant will discuss the breakdown of costs with you following the consultation.

 

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance, especially if you’re a first-time client. We will always try our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible.

Yes, we offer customer service in English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese), Korean, Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali. If the language support you need is unavailable when you call, we will make every effort to contact you as soon as support is available. We have a service that can help with hearing and speaking disabilities as well as other languages.

If you will be late to your scheduled appointment or cannot make it, call us immediately to avoid a no-show cancellation fee at 718-886-9000.

Yes, our prepaid treatments have an expiration date. Prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months. The only exception is our special promotional events, which have their own use-by dates.
